
On October 7th-8th 2022, the final meeting was organized in Athens, Greece. The ProCKD project focuses on the needs and problems of patients with chronic kidney disease to support them in training and education, employment, and entrepreneurship, removing the obstacles for a person who wishes to have a fulfilling professional life. The ProCKD project is co-funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union
EPIONI organized the transnational project meeting and arranged a very interesting program, with a lot of evaluation ingredients. The ProCKD team also scheduled the last activity, the ProCKD webinar on November 18th, 2022.

In the meeting, Greek EU parliamentary Stelios Kympouropoulos praised the work of Greek Carers Network EPIONI, regarding caretaking around chronic kidney disease. The coordinator of the ProCKD partnership is the Federación Nacional de Asociaciones ALCER (Spain). Antonio summarised the journey we have traveled so far and explained our ’ to-do list’. Saronic Nephrological Center (Greece), Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Spain), Istanbul Gelisim University (Turkey), and the Dutch Foundation of Innovation Welfare 2 Work (The Netherlands) all reviewed the good practices collected and presented so far.

An evaluation of the dissemination was made and it was agreed to continue disseminating the project website after its completion to improve the multiplier effect of the project and benefit other entities that may be useful to them.
Special attention was paid to reviewing the quality assessments of the reviewed activities and shared good practices, as well as their relevance and convenience as part of the project’s quality assessment for the final justification.
